  <h4>The Setup</h4>
  <p>
    Congratulations!!!  You've just been given a gift certificate for $500.00 (now you can own
    the world!!!).  However, your gift certificate may only be used at the following stores:

  <h4>The Delivery</h4>

    As with all great deals, there are a few strings attached here.  Those pesky little strings
    are as follows:

    <li>Your total spending can not exceed $500.00</li>
    <li>You must calculate a 15% shipping fee</li>

    Now the good news.  All California sales tax has been waived since the internet based company
    that gave you the online certificate is not a California based company!  Oh, there is one
    more thing.  You have to create an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of your costs.  The

  <h4>Formulate Me!</h4>
  <p>
    You should use the following <span class="keyword">formulas</span> for the corresponding
    columns to figure out your costs in Excel:
  </p>
  <ul>
    <li>
      <span class="definition">Total Unit Price</span>: Multiply the
      <span class="emphasize">Quantity</span> by the <span class="emphasize">Single Unit Price.
      </span>
    </li>
    <li>
      <span class="definition">Subtotal</span>:
      This is the <span class="keyword">sum</span> of the previous
      <span class="emphasize">Subtotal</span> and the
      <span class="emphasize">Total Unit Price</span>.
    </li>
    <li>
      <span class="definition">Shipping</span>:
      Multiply the <span class="emphasize">Subtotal</span> in the current row by 15% (in decimal
      form, this would be 0.15).
    </li>
    <li>
      <span class="definition">Grand Total</span>:
      Add the <span class="emphasize">Shipping</span> cost in the current row to the
      <span class="emphasize">Subtotal</span>.
    </li>
    <li>
      <span class="definition">Unused Credit</span>:
      This is the amount of credit that you still have on your gift certificate.  In order to
      find this value, you must subtract the <span class="emphasize">Grand Total</span> from
      $500.00
    </li>
  </ul>

  <h4>Final Destination</h4>
  <p>
  Once you've made your Excel sheet you're almost done.  Now all that you have to do is make a graph
  of that compares the total cost of each item.  Use the <span class="keyword">Chart Creator</span>
  to create your graph. The graph should be a <span class="keyword">Column</span> graph like the
  one below, and it should be saved as a <span class="emphasize">separate sheet</span>:
