  <h2>Project 2: Block Letter To Ebert.</h2>
  <h4>The Mainstream Thinkin'</h4>
  <p>
    Project 2 has you follow up what you've done in <a href="./proj1.php">project 1</a>.  You
    will write a business-like letter to Roger Ebert telling him why you think you should be a
    movie critic.  The letter needs to be written in Microsoft Word in the format known as
    <a href="http://www.wisc.edu/writing/Handbook/BusLetter_Block.html" rel="external">
    Block Letter Format</a>.The letter should also meet the following requirements:
  </p>
  <ul>
    <li>12 point font should be used for the entire letter</li>
    <li>Either Times New Roman or Ariel font may be used, but only one may be selected for
    the entire letter</li>
    <li>The document must be at least 3/4 of a page long, but no more than one page.</li>
    <li>You must include AT LEAST two paragraphs in your document.</li>
  </ul>

  <p>
    Your address (the top one) should be made up, such as the example below:<br/><br/>

  <p>
